Oven-Baked Miso Gochujang Wings

These wings are unbelievable! Perfect for any party or game day! This recipe makes enough for 1.5 dozen wings. If you are making this for a crowd, just multiply the measurements.

Ingredients:

18 wings

1 tbsp gochujang

1 tbsp miso

1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp honey

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Salt and pepper

Method:

Begin by preheating your oven to 400 F with the fan on or the convection setting selected. Grab a baking sheet and a wire rack that fits inside. Prepare the baking sheet by spraying or coating the rack with oil or nonstick spray. Pat dry your wings and layout them out so that they are not touching each other. Place in your oven and push them as far back in the oven as you can. You will want to bake your wings until they are golden brown and crispy about 20 minutes. Rotate your wings halfway through the cooking process.

For the sauce, in a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and whisk till smooth and an even texture throughout. Once the wings are cooked, add them to your sauce and toss to coat. I recommend adding some fresh cracked pepper to the wings once they have been sauced. Now enjoy!
