Strawberry fields

Ingredients:

2.5 oz of gin (you need something that is light on the botanicals, like a Hendrix’s)

1/2 oz of orange juice

1 bar spoon of honey

2 bar spoons of strawberry pure or preserves

Ice

Orange slice for garnish

Method:

In the bottom of a shaker tin add your pure and your honey. Stir to combine. Now add your gin and your orange juice and one small cube of ice. Close the tin and shake until the cube of ice is no longer there. This will cool down the drink and begin creating the froth. Once the cube is gone add more ice and shake hard for a full 60 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass or a martini glass and garnish with a orange slice.
