CRISPY PARMESAN ASPARAGUS
CRISPY Parmesan Asparagus
This is super easy and you will have it done in a flash! Just 15 min from prep to table!!!!
Ingredients:
2 bunches of asparagus
1 lemons
1 cup Parmesan
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
method:
Begin by setting your oven to 450 F. Then snap the woody ends of your asparagus off placing your tops in a large bowl. Now add your Parmesan, panko and the zest of a lemon. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and toss to coat. Spread out onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Make sure to add all the panko and cheese from the bowl to the sheet tray. Now place in the ripping oven until the asparagus are tender and the panko is crisp. Remove from the oven and squeeze the juice of a lemon onto them and serve!
