Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies 

Ingredients: 

400 g all-purpose flour 

226 g butter 

400 g sugar

20 g molasses 

5 g salt 

1 tablespoon baking soda

1 tablespoon vanilla 

2 eggs 

2 cups chocolate chips 

Method: 

In the bowl of a stand mixer cream on high the butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Stop and scrape down the bowl every 2 minutes. Mix in the salt and molasses. Mix your baking soda in with your flour, and add half the flour and mix on low until mostly combined. Now add your two eggs and vanilla and mix on low till almost combined. Add the rest of your flour and mix till thoroughly combined. 

Remove from mixer and by hand mix in the chocolate chips. Scoop using a 1 oz scoop.  Place 8 cookies per half baking sheet and bake on 325 for 10-14 min.
